We do not sell your data. Access is limited to our team and the service providers we use to run the site: FormSubmit (form delivery by email), Google (advertising and measurement).
Inquiries are kept for up to 3 years from last contact, unless law (e.g. accounting rules) requires longer retention.

These terms apply to the use of cortlux.com and to inquiries and quotes for the construction of pickleball and padel courts, the supply of PVC and acrylic sports surfaces, and related services.
Content on this site (descriptions of courts, models and surfaces) is informational and does not constitute a binding offer. Only a written quote, prepared for a specific project, location and chosen build, is binding. Prices depend on court size, ground condition, chosen model and scope of work.
Delivery timelines are agreed in writing and depend on weather, site readiness and material supply. We inform the client of any changes as soon as they become known.
Installed surfaces and structures are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and a workmanship warranty as defined in the contract. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, lack of maintenance or force majeure.
Regular maintenance according to the instructions provided at handover is required to preserve both the warranty and the lifespan of the court.

These relations are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes are resolved amicably where possible; otherwise the competent court in Slovenia has jurisdiction.
